As you know, I usually do not write in my posts. But this time I think this one deserve few words, since it has some jewels. Track #2562: This is the first time you can enjoy Los Bravos live. The chance came from my Cuban friend Jason, who sent me the entire Concert given in 1970 at Varadero Beach (Cuba). Others Spanish Bands played there, such as Los Ángeles, or Los Mustang. A real jewel, and a really unknown Event for most of us. The version of "Black is Black" Los Bravos played is, for me, simply amazing. Track #2563, by Los Tarmaj is another jewel. A member of this 60s band, Alfonso Pérez "el sastre", sent me the recorded essays they did at late 1971, of course, remastered by another member of the band. The Tarmaj were famous in the Spanish Town of Córdoba at mid 60s, specially playing in little towns, such as Bujalance, Montoro, or Villa del Río, from where Alfonso Pérez came. Another "1st-time-posted-song" in the World. Others rarities come following the list: singers Francis Charles, or Santy are both "hard-to-get" tracks. Rafael de Alba & The Gibraltar Twisters, or the 1957 Spanish Rock, may be the earliest Rock & Roll recorded in Spain, from Las Hermanas Alcaide, set this post as one of the rarest of The Spanish Garage & Pop-Rock Series.
