Los Belkings are one of the best instrumental bands. in 1963, Wilfredo Sandoval, a scholar from Melitón Carbajal College get togheter with friends at home in order to play the songs he love.along with onther student, Raúl Herrera, and friend Lince were te basic structure of Los Belkings.
