Jackie y Los Ciclones, from Argentina, again. Jorge "Jackie" Álvarez, previously in "los Jets", sings in Spanish with his band American hits. Although they were not strictly a garage band, but a rock band, this post pay attention to a song "Speedy Gonzalez".
