CONJUNTO 7x7 - LA MOTO



The catalan band "Conjunto 7x7" was in instrumental leaded by Jorge Doncos (1935-1998). He learned music at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Barcelona.He mainly worked for the music direction of Arnau theatre, and Apolo theatre at Barcelona. He also work the music for several theatre opus, such as "Hermanos de sangre", and "Melodías de Broadway". He was the head for few soundtracks in the Spanish version (La Bella y la Bestia, Aladdin, El Rey León, and La condesa de Honk- Kong ). In 1967 he recorded an instrumental LP with his band "7x7": "Hits para bailar" with: Catedral de Winchester -- Un hombre y una mujer -- La moto -- La canción de Lara -- Sunny -- No pienses en mí -- Tu nombre -- Es mejor dejarlo como está -- Balada en la tumba de un soldado -- Y ahora qué -- Bang bang -- En bandolera -- Amor es mi canción -- Love me, please love me. As "Jorge Doncos y su ritmo" played at Hotel del Parque (Llavaneras) along with Eva Greyner, Moncho Batista, Trío Guacamayos, and El Dúo Dinámico,for the 1959 "Nochevieja ". As "Jorge Doncos y su conjunto" gave the music for the 1960 "Nochevieja" party at Club Atelier (Barcelona, Avenida Diagonal, 606).
