There were three bands called Los Simuns in mid-60 Spain. Los Simuns of Cádiz, of Huesca, and of Girona. Los Simuns of Cádiz were banded by Fernando (rythm guitar), Lalo (Guitar), Nono Avalo (drums), and José María Avalo (bass), having as occasional member the humourist Antonio Reguera. They usually started playing with "Ma Vie", by Alain Barriere. In 1970 they renamed the band as Simun, and became progressive rockers, with less success than the original Los Simuns. Then Simun was banded by Manolo Sevilla de Jerez (Bass), Antonio Reguera de Cadiz (Rythm Guitar), Manolo Martinez de Cadiz (Soloist guitar), and Antonio "Nono" Avalos. They launched in 1970 a single (A-side: My good Time see video here; B-side: Hideaway. Video here. Los Simuns (Huesca), were banded by Agustín Elsón, Antonio Paraíso, Miguel Mingarro, and two others. Let us listen Los Simuns (Girona), in their only EP, edited in 1967. Nice garage!
