THE ODD PERSONS - AQUÍ EN MI NUBE

Banded in 1962 Berlin as "The Beat Boys", or Dietmar & The Beat Boys by Dietmar Schetze, Ingo Cramer, Walter Ortel, Peter Pfarr und Frank Kaetke. The had occasional members, such as Bern "Nossi" Noske, in 1962. Nossi in 1961 Spandau had his first gig with the "Black Phantoms". This first attempt to become a professional, went miserably in the pants - the band broke up after six months. Nossi jobte as canning packer and truck driver and got a year later in "Dietmar & the Beat Boys". Renamed "The Odd Persons", the band went on Tornee by West Germany and played in the Hamburg's Star Club '! However, the tour was a fiasco and had to be stopped. In Berlin, the band became famous in no time for amateur group - struck up the cosmic sound again and the old rock and roll had had its mesh. Exactly at that time was approached by Bernd Nossi Koschmidder as "Birth Control" was looking for a new drummer. The odyssey was over - true musicians and rock veteran Bernd Noske had found his place, and still is the bandleader of "Birth Control". I do not exactly know how they came to Spain, as others German bands did as well (The Vampires). We see them in Spain since november 1965. They played the December 21, 1965 at Club Mónaca (Fundadores st, 9), along with Los Alemanes, Los Tifones, Los Relámpagos, Micky & Los Tonys, and Jaime Morey. Before, they recorded an EP with Polydor. Let us listen "Aquí en mi nube", a cover of "Get off of my cloud" (launched the same year by The Rollings), and also covered in Spanish by Lone Star (1965), or Sonia (1966).
